Navin is an industry expert with over 20+ years of experience in financial and commodity markets, especially in the Exchange and Banking arena where he has been responsible for enhancing and implementing new processes.

He began his career with Deutsche Bank in Global Cash Operations, followed by the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). During his stint as Director of Operations for Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX), he was instrumental in operationalizing the launch of Shariah Gold Product and the implementation of DMCC Tradeflow warrants for DGCX physical Gold Deliveries. Before joining Comtech he spent 4 years as Head of Risk Management and Senior Vice President Post Trade Strategy for Dubai Financial Markets and was the key member in setting up the independent Clearing House and Depository.

Navin is now leveraging his experience at ComTech Gold as a CEO and Co-founder to bring strategic partnerships and operational efficiencies of tokenized gold. Navin has a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) degree from the CFA Institute, a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Master's degree in Finance.

Dr. Sid Ahmed Benraouane is a thought leader with more than 20 years of experience in government innovation and technology implementation. He led the US ISO Working Group on Innovation Management System Standard, and currently he is a member expert of the ISO/SC 42 Join Committee in charge of developing a set of ISO Standard on Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Benraouane advises Dubai Government on innovation and digital transformation. He is a speaker at the World Government Summit (UAE) and BAIDEC/MEMTEC conference in Bahrain. In his latest book, Dr. Benraouane addresses the new ISO innovation management framework set by the ISO Standard 56002:2019 and provides a step-by-step planning process to help government leaders design an ecosystem that engages and empowers innovators and creative minds. Dr. Marwan Alzarouni is an internationally recognized blockchain technology advocate, keynote speaker and strategic advisor. Dr. Alzarouni is the CEO of Dubai Blockchain Center (DBCC), an impact business and a strategic partner to Dubai Future Foundation. The center was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum under the Area 2071 initiative in May 2018. It aims to create a fertile ground and a holistic ecosystem for blockchain companies and projects to thrive in. DBCC regularly hosts a number of blockchain startups within Area 2071 and also conducts educational classes and seminars around blockchain use cases in government and private sector. Dr. Marwan is currently heading the Digital Asset Task Force (DATF), a research and advisory team that reports to the Dubai Future Council for Blockchain. The purpose of the task force is to conduct a comprehensive study to provide clear guidance on how digital assets can be encouraged and regulated. The council establishes Dubai as a global blockchain capital, offering a prominent platform for decision-makers from various local and international governments and private sector entities to explore futuristic, blockchain-based solutions.

Bornyakov was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation in October of 2019 and has been boosting the growth of Ukraine’s IT industry and working on creating a legal framework for crypto companies to officially conduct their businesses in Ukraine.

He has more than ten years of experience in IT management. Bornyakov founded and was managing a number of successful companies and startup incubators, including the American video monetization platform Adtelligent and the outsource company Intersog, which was in the TOP-5 App Developers in Chicago according to Clutch and in the TOP-10 of the best employers in Odessa.

In 2015, he became the Best CEO/COO — IT BIZ AWARDS 2015, and in 2016 he was ranked among 25 trailblazing business leaders in Ukraine. He has an MBA (University of New Brunswick) and an MPA (Columbia University) degrees.

The Deputy Minister works directly with launching government projects for IT business development in Ukraine — Diia City, E-residency, Fund of Funds, e-commerce, development of AI mechanisms.

Lewis Neal is a famous former NFL Dallas Cowboys player who is also an investor, shareholder, and business owner.
